Program description

Neoteric Brands, Inc. sends text messages to business customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Messages relate to sample requests, quotes, pricing, product and order questions, proof and design updates, and order and shipment status. All messages continue a conversation you started with us.

How to join

You opt in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on a design request form on neotericbrands.com. The checkbox is optional, is never ticked for you, and you can submit the form without it. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers from third-party lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Neoteric Brands does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by texting START or by submitting a new request on our website.
