Privacy Policy

Neoteric Brands, Inc. (“Neoteric,” “we,” “us”) operates neotericbrands.com and the Neoteric ordering platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, mobile and business phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses, and any artwork, logos, brand assets, or product information you submit in order to have products designed and produced.

Order and account information. The products you configure, the designs you approve, order history, production status, and shipment tracking.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Website information. Standard log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected when you use the site.

Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, and our ordering platform uses the Meta pixel on some pages. We use them to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. They may record the pages you visit, the buttons you click, your browser and device type, and your IP address, and that information goes to Google and Meta, who provide these tools. These tools never receive your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent.

You can opt out at any time through your browser settings by blocking or deleting cookies. You can also install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.

How we use it

We use your information to design, produce, and ship your order; to communicate with you about quotes, proofs, orders, shipments, and support; to operate and improve the platform; to send you information about our products where you have asked to receive it; and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers strictly to the extent they need it to deliver our service to you — payment processing, email delivery, warehousing and shipping, design and project management, and the manufacturers who produce your product. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform those services for us. This never includes mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent, which are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

See Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent below for how we handle mobile data.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing sales@neotericbrands.com. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long afterward as we need it for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the most recent change.
